1994 Silver Eagle Proof in original mint box with COA. These are light scratch marks just to the left of “In God we Trust” that appear to be on the plastic case. I can’t be 100% certain without removing the coin from the case & I don’t want to take that chance. I bought these direct from the US Mint so the coin should be fine but want there to be full disclosure. Lowest mintage for all regular issue eagles.
