This is a 10 Year Collection of the US Mint Silver Proof Coins and comes in a US Mint Red Storage Box designed specifically for these coins (which was working great until they changed the coins in 2007 & 2008). These coins are in excellent condition and have been in storage since I bought them; I was going to say “Mint” condition, but that sounded corny ;-; Each set of coins are in its original packaging, to include the COA. All of the proof sets are complete, free of any marks or damage and have not been tampered with. The only set that is not what you would normally expect is the 2003 proof set. As you may have noticed when looking at the pictures, is that “the Kennedy half dollar” is upside down. Some people like to find coins like this and may consider it a mint error. I really don’t know, just wanted to make sure you are aware of it. That is the way it came from the mint in 2003. Have a nice day.
