1999 – 2008 Silver Proof sets, US Mint Box & all Certificates of Authenticity. Each mint set includes their boxes. 2003 box is bent and 2006 has some brown spots on it. All other boxes have minor wear from being opened. One of the quarters for 2000 has a mark on it even though never opened (as seen in picture). I added the updated picture at the end but could not remove the first picture. Sorry for any confusion.
