In my professional opinion, the following item is. 2000-S SILVER PROOF SET. Includes Clad Cent, Nickel, and 90% Silver Dime, 5 Statehood Quarters and Half. Includes Original Government Box (OGP) and card COA. Box is a bit scuffed up. Condition is: Brilliant Proofs, with cameo devices.
